Juan grew up in Upstate New York where he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served 10 years, and deployed several times to the Middle East. Shortly after he left the Marine Corps he graduated from the New York City Police Academy. Throughout his career as a law enforcement professional he made it a priority to put his community first. His experience, attention to detail, and passion to help others ensures that no matter the task, Juan Morales will not just meet but exceeds expectations. Juan and his wife, Nicole, have three children, cherish their family and live a very active outdoors lifestyle.

Nicole spent the majority of her childhood traveling, both her parents were United States Marines. Not only did she live all over the United States but attended school in both Japan and Syria, currently residing in the North East Tri-State area. Nicole attended DeVry University where she obtained a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. Although she loved her work, she felt there was a huge void. Nicole was looking for a greater sense of purpose, and had to fuel her passion for helping those in need. Her husband, Juan, had introduced her to BioOne. This is where they both could continue their journey of helping others. At the same time build the future for their three kids and the rest of their family.
