About us

Juan grew up in Upstate New York where he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served 10 years, and deployed several times to the Middle East. Shortly after he left the Marine Corps he graduated from the New York City Police Academy. Throughout his career as a law enforcement professional he made it a priority to put his community first. His experience, attention to detail, and passion to help others ensures that no matter the task, Juan Morales will not just meet but exceeds expectations. Juan and his wife, Nicole, have three children, cherish their family and live a very active outdoors lifestyle.

Nicole spent the majority of her childhood traveling, both her parents were United States Marines. Not only did she live all over the United States but attended school in both Japan and Syria, currently residing in the North East Tri-State area. Nicole attended DeVry University where she obtained a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. Although she loved her work, she felt there was a huge void. Nicole was looking for a greater sense of purpose, and had to fuel her passion for helping those in need. Her husband, Juan, had introduced her to BioOne. This is where they both could continue their journey of helping others. At the same time build the future for their three kids and the rest of their family

We had a leaking hot water faucet in a small bathroom. The mold developed quickly on walls and door. Tim spent the entire first day using brushes & chemical compounds to clean all visible mold. The door was removed and taken outside to be cleaned. I think Juan may have done that part, although I didn't see him. A biocide & anti-microbial was used on all surfaces, while a HEPA filter air scrubber was on the whole time. Tim left the air scrubber on overnight and returned the next morning to finish up and clean up, leaving no mess. That's the technical part. The personal (extremely important) part is that Tim was courteous, personable, professional, knowledgeable & completely willing to answer any questions and explain in as much detail as I wished. These folks are good. I hope I never have this kind of problem again, but if I do I know who to call: Best Option Restoration of Tri-State
